Dave, author of five books, is credited with coining the term “biohacker” and is the developer of the “bulletproof diet”. He is the creator of Bulletproof Coffee and the founder of Bulletproof 360, as well as one of the New York Times best-selling authors twice. Bulletproof 360, the business-backed food, beverage and supplement company known for its butter-infused coffee line, hired Morgan Stanley to explore a sale, three sources familiar with the matter said. According to two of the sources and two industry advisors, the strategies are the most likely for Bulletproof, and one advisor noted that their low profit margins could deter financial sponsors.
The same source said that Bulletproof could get three times its revenues, or a business value of the order of 500 million dollars, if an agreement were reached.
